Disable Auto Update Check For All Users

Hi
We are currently using Notepad++ 7.7 and would like to disable the software update check on startup for all users.
We know how to do this (Settings, Preferences, Misc) but this only appears to change the setting for the current user.
If another user logs into the PC and uses Notepad++ then the software update check on startup is enabled again.
Is there a way to disable this for all users?
