    NPP has error in Slovenian Language!

      I hope some NPP deveoper will read this!
      I´m implementing a Slovenian virtual keyboard. So I noticed following strange behaviour.
      I tested on Win10 and WinXP. I tried with versions 7.6.6(32) and 7.7.1(64).

      There are two characters (unicode) which are shown under WinXP but not shown under Win10.
      These characters are “AltGr 7” and “AltGr 9”.

      If you try to place the cursor behind this character the cursor places in front (any editor which works).

      The Windows notepad has no problem with these charaters!
      I tried switching to the east european Codepage with no effect.
