      How can I add a word at the end of a sentence?
      For example:

      grant select, update on schema.tablename1
      grant select, update on schema.tablename2
      grant select, update on schema.tablename3

      adding to whom:

      grant select, update on schema.tablename1 to user1;
      grant select, update on schema.tablename2 to user1;
      grant select, update on schema.tablename3 to user1;

        @Stanisa-Avdalovic

        not sue what indicates the end of the sentence in your example so I assume you want
        to have it added to the end of each line. If this is the case, then do a regular expression replace with
        find what: $
        replace with: to user1;
