I want to see how my web page looks like from web browsers. Is there any plugins to do that or do i need to download other server programs ?

Notepad++ has some support for aiding in viewing .html files. See View menu, then View Current File in... 's subentries.

There is also the PreviewHTML plugin that may work. Not sure how well it renders; it’s based on the installed Internet Explorer versions.
