Can i make a simple subgroups in notepad++ ?

I would like to use Notepad++ as a casual notepad (not only for progamming) and i would like to know if you can make subgroups (for example if you save a file in html and use <> and on the diffrent line </> you can hide </> with “+” or “-”. And for example i would like to make some simple lists and stuff like that and have ability to close some of them or sth like that. Is it possible in notepad++? or are there any other text programms with this function ? Pls anwser me i really need it before my school year. (hope that you understood my quastion)
