My own synthax, little help

Hello, I am trying to define my own language and honestly I have no idea how to do it, but its very simple so i was wondering if someone can tell me.
6 digit number = red
“NR” (string)= red
13 digit number = blue
phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX = green
any symbol = purple
date XX/XX/XX = orange -

Seems like you want more of a “lexer” than a definition of a new language via UDL.
