Won't save CSS as a CSS file

I’m trying to save it as CSS and clicking save as CSS but it saves it as a normal file

I bet I know what you are doing. You want to save your file as Andrew.css but you are just typing Andrew into the box and expecting it to save it as Andrew.css. Advice: Type Andrew dot css and press Save and I’ll bet it does what you want.
