Regular Expression Replace
-
 Hi
I have a .csv text file where monetary values for amounts of 1000 or more are displayed as 1 150.00 with a space a a thousands separator. I need to import these files into Excel and need to correct the money values. I can find the entries with a regular expression as [0-9] [0-9], but can’t figure out what to enter into rhe replace field. to change: ‘1 150.00’ to ‘1150.00’.
 Any help, thanks,
 Peter

@Peter-Heesen said in Regular Expression Replace: [0-9] [0-9] given the example, make two capture groups in find what like: ([0-9]) ([0-9])
and use in replace the captured groups like::$1$2that will get rid of the space in between.
If this does work for you file depends on the exact data you are having.
