Ideally, I want to tranform this :

00:00:01:18
00:00:06:20

In that:

00:00:01:18 --> 00:00:06:20

Is there any way to make it possible?

Assuming your data is nicely balanced, always occurring in these pairs:

Search for (\d\d:\d\d:\d\d:\d\d)\R(\d\d:\d\d:\d\d:\d\d) and replace with \1 --> \2 and set your search mode to regular expression.
