How to replace content in many files with content from one..

Hi people, what I want to do is replace all the text in a set of files from one file source. I have a group of config files for an emulator all with individual names but the way they been setup is not how I want it so I want to use my config and paste it replacing all the content in every file in this directory with the content from my file.
Possible?
I can replace individual lines with ease but to do it a line at a time with over 500 lines in the file is a pain…
Any help would be mega appreciated…
