find and replace

Hello all,
I have the following written in my notepad file:
C(PDBName=C,ResName=TYR,ResNum=199_A)
O(PDBName=O,ResName=TYR,ResNum=199_A)
N(PDBName=N,ResName=ALA,ResNum=200_A)
C(PDBName=CA,ResName=ALA,ResNum=200_A)I want to replace the things written in parenthesis with (fragment=1)
C(Fragment=1)
O(Fragment=1)
N(Fragment=1)
C(Fragment=1)Can anyone help me to do this? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I would be tempted to try a Regular Expression Search Mode replacement operation, looking for
(?-si)^([CON])(\(P.+?\))and replacing with\1\(Fragment=1\).Let us know how that goes for you.
