After updating to NP++ 7.8.4 (64 bit) all of the theme colours are incorrect.
Is anybody else having the same issue? -
Looks like 7.8.3 also shows the same issue, but 7.8.2 does not.

Does not happen to me but there was a recent issue posted that
JSON wasn’t colored as expected and it turned out that the stylers.xml got corrupted. In your case it might be the THEME_NAME.xml. -
I don’t think the files have been corrupted. When I look at them through the syntax highlighting UI eveything seems fine and at a glance I couldn’t see anything wrong with the XML files. Also my custom highlighting is saved and works when I downgrade…
