Patching?

Hi there. I am supporting a client on cloud migration and would like to know the process and frequency for patching for Notepad++, and whether it is a server or workstation patch? Thanks.

Notepad++ is an standalone Win32 application. No client/server concept.
The application itself does get updated whenever Don, the author of npp,
sees a need to do so.
