Windows 10 Speech Recognition does not work well with Notepad++

Windows 10 speech recognition APP is not working well within Notepad++.
At times it worked fine at the start of using the APP with Notepad++, then the APP would stop recognizing my dictation, and other times it would enter wrong text. Most of the time it did not work properly with Notepad++
When I closed Notepad++ and used Windows Notepad, the dictation using Speech Recognition worked perfectly.
I noticed this inconsistency before when using Windows Speech Recognition on text fields on different web pages. Sometimes it worked fine, other times it failed to work.
Does anyone know the reason for the conflict using Notepad++ ?
