Configurei para que ficasse no formato OEM 850 toda vez que eu criasse um novo documento
Quando fecho o documento e abro novamente, ele volta a sua formatação original formato ANSI
Estou com problemas de reconhecimento de caracteres e a formatação OEM 850 é a recomendada.

Se eu definir o OEM850 como a codificação padrão, após a reinicialização 850, será mostrado, então isso está funcionando para mim.
Qual versão do Npp você está usando?
Pode ser encontrado em? menu - é chamado de informações de depuração.If I set OEM850 as the default encoding then after restart 850 is shown, so this is working for me.
