Comparing text files that are sorted differently - similar function lists

Hi :-)
I wonder if there is a way to compare to text files that are only sorted differently…
I can use the function list and can see that both files contain the same folding blocks - just in another order.
Is there a way to sort them - I mean one or both text files (and not just to sort the function list)?
