What ever happened to the plugin manager?

Just like the title says. I haven’t needed any plugins since I updated, a long while ago, but now when I go to the plugins menu, plugin manager is gone.

It was replaced by the Plugin Admin

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
