      I have deployed Notepad++ w/o admin rights based on the following article https://community.notepad-plus-plus.org/topic/17232/install-notepad-plugin-without-admin-rights.

      However, the company I work for has a Proxy in place. I need to deploy Notepad++ with the proxy settings configured, so our users can download plugin.

      I know I can launch Notepad++ as an Admin and configure the Proxy but that defeats the purpose of deployment w/o admin rights.

      Is this possible?

        The answer to this was actually simple. When I connected to our guest network or my personal network at home it worked.
