The answer to that question is the same whether the editor is Notepad++, notepad.exe, or
type "..." >> blah.html, and is thus off topic for this forum.Since it’s a quick answer: that’s the right way to add a style to a single tag, but TITLE values don’t display (usually), so it won’t change any visual styling.
