How to remove the "Macros" and "Tools" menu?

I don’t need them, I use scripts through the jN plugin, and the menu keeps growing …

There is, afaik, no builtin way to do this.
Maybe a script could manipulate the menu, but I’ve never tried that
and honestly I don’t know if this makes Npp unstable. -
These lines can be deleted through the resource editor or build your own assembly notepad ++, but I don’t understand why this is needed))
