cant install zencode plugin in notepad++

i am trying to install the zencode pugin in notepad++ but if put files in pugin folder nothing shows in in notepad. even it is not working … how can i get rid of this problem ?

Is this the plugin which depends on PythonScript plugin?
Which Npp version are you running? Can be seen from ? menu, is called debug-info. -
“zencode” is an outdated plugin, I suggest installing the newer “Emmet” plugin from the same author!
