    Hello everyone!
I just started learning HTML at highschool and I need to practice at home, so I chose notepad++ but after I tried to run the first exercise , it runs on chrome and other broswers , and it just shows the code text instead of running the commands, when i use the inspector on the tab, it puts the <HTML> </HTML> inside the <body></body> tag that is inside the web page <HTML> </HTML> base tag, Please help :)
