XML FILE- FIND and REPLACE

Hello all,
I am a new user of NOTEPAD++ and I need help.
I need to make changes in xml files. In all xml files there is a line which I put below. But all of them have different value and I want to set them to specific value.
BEFORE <p name=“Address”>192.168.5x</p>
AFTER <p name=“Address”>192.168.59</p>So, each of them are different, I cant use ‘FIND WHAT’ and ‘REPLACE IN FILES’. What can I do?
