Is there a power-mode like Visual studio of Notepad ++ ??

Since no one has replied yet, I assume that the term “power mode” is not clear to everyone, at least it isn’t to me and I don’t want to reinstall VS just to find out what it means.
So maybe you can give a brief description of what power mode means?
