I apologize if this exists and I just didn’t find it.
I prefer to Read The Fantastic Manual when possible, but npp-user-manual.org is located in Cypress, which is a restricted country for my company browser, so I cannot. Is there a mirror site somewhere that I can reference?

I don’t know of a mirror but what you can do always is to use the github repo.
