Two Recent Changes/Bugs/Issues (don't know for sure)

Two issues seem to have cropped up recently (in the last month or so).
- I can no longer rearrange tabs by drag and drop - I have to use the menu dropdown for that - not sure why that changed or if that change was intentional.
- When I have directory defined as a workspace and a file is dynamically added to that directory, it’s no longer updating the workspace sidebar unless I exit NPP and come back in.

check the setting for “Lock (no drag and drop)” in the ‘Tab Bar’ group of the \Preferences\General menu
