Open With dialog for all files should include N++

Windows 11 provides new UWP Notepad app.
Hack replacing notepad.exe via Debugger registry value does not work anymore here.
OFC you can assocate all required file extensions.

Sadly Notepad++ is not seen in suggested app list for not known files.

There’s a chance it will change as soon as Windows 11 is released.
If not, then it should be reported as a bug on GitHub.
