      npp 8.1.9 portable (.zip) on Windows 11: DarkMode
      I Tried new 8.1.9, as my former (.zip) was 7.9.5 and saw this DarkMode-thingy.
      Always appreciate you guys, to make this awesome editor getting better and better.
      Turned it On and choose other than default style theme .
      After this action, tried revert it back to default style, Dark Mode have not turned off.
      This revert-to-default thing leave the editor color to be white.
      To workaround this, I had to turn DarkMode Off then turn it On again.
      This is not really a big thing. but, please consider keep the style to adapt to Dark Mode if it turned ON. I Hope this is not a duplicate post/thread. If so, I am really sorry and thankful that some of you read this till the end. Keep up the good work, guys.

        @qmcl ,

        Themes contain both foreground and background information. You have to choose a theme that matches your own personal aesthetic for Dark Mode vs Normal Mode. That’s why there’s a “Default” theme for Normal Mode and a “DarkModeDefault” theme for use with Dark Mode.
