Word wrap
-
I have seen a few items that address this but I don’t see many answers.
The word wrap option is meaningless unless you can specify a column number at which it wraps.
Where can I do this?
Do I need to set the window size. That is doable but also silly. -

Well, because the word wrap doesn’t actually do anything to the text content it really isn’t that important that a specific column position is used for the wrapping, IMO.
Now, if you’re talking about actually “wrapping” by inserting hard line-ending characters at a certain column, that’s different. And it is a different feature, not word wrap.

The menu itemEdit > Line Operations > Split Linesmay do what you want if you first set the wrap column using thePreferences > Margins/Border/Edge > Vertical Edge Settings. See the online user manual for more details.
