FTP Direct Online Script Editing of Web Files with Notepad++

In earlier versions of Notepad, I used to be able to configure Notepad to allow me direct access to my web files online so I could edit, find and replace text as well as upload files directly.

I recently downloaded and installed Notepad++ v8.1.9.2 (32-bit) but have not been able to configure the app to provide me similar access.

Could somebody please help or tell me where I’m going wrong?

To get FTP access to remote files inside Notepad++, you need to install the NppFTP plugin using Plugins > Plugins Admin.
