Translate NSIS installer for languages without a LCID

I would like it were possible to translate the Notepad++ installer into all languages.
It seems that it isn’t possible to do it in NSIS installer for languages without a “LCID” (i.e. Venetian).
Many months ago, I opened the following thread in NSIS forum.

I cannot tell for sure whether the NSIS people have a solution or not – but it sounds like not. And unless they fix NSIS, then the Notepad++ installer won’t be able to do it either (the developers have too much that’s related to directly improving Notepad++ to do, let alone developing on another project – NSIS – that is only being used as a tool for Notepad++).
So you would need to seek more clarification with the NSIS people as to whether there’s a way to handle the non-LCID/LANGID languages; if they have made a fix, then you can ask that Don and the Notepad++ team start using the newer NSIS for bundling the Notepad++ installer… but until there is a fix, the problem is in the court of the NSIS team.
