Shortcut key > indenting & symbol changes

Hi everyone,

This morning I hit some keyboard shortcut accidentally and it’s changed my view. I’d like to reset it back if anyone knows how please.
I get this behaviour from the line of code selected when I hit the shortcut key combination, all the way to the very last line (the top lines of code are untouched & fine though).

Green rectangle symbols with the CR and LF symbols show at the end of each line
The code line indents are decreased
On just a few of the lines, the very first character is hidden & appears removed (though I’m scrolled all the way to the left)

Same thing happened here. Following this to see if anyone has a solution

EDIT: Try to change the Edit -> EOL Conversion.
