reference to undefined entity after save file xml

I have one problem…
After édit my file, i save and i have that’s:
Line 190 up to null after 191 ( reference to undefined entity )
Is what ???

I assume you are using the XML Tools plugin, which reports that the XML file is no longer valid and points to the location of the error.
