Embed a hyperlink to text?

How to embed a hyperlink into existing text without seeing the url?
The way email does it whee you only see the text “My website.com ”
and the URL is embedded in that text so that you don’t even see it.

Can’t be done.
Notepad++ is a text editor; nobody using a text editor wants textual content that can’t be seen, or is obfuscated.
