Need help restoring records

Hello, distinguished community.
I had a problem, I had a file with 600+ tabs in Notepad++, and as I would never save such a large number one by one in my life, I used to save the whole session together, and I had no problem with it for about 6 months until I accidentally logged out the whole session on my computer when all the applications were forcibly shut down.
When I pull back the file where the session was saved, I only see one tab with the saved code, and all the other entries are gone. What do I need to do to get them open again or is all my work just gone?
I’d be very happy to hear from you because I’m desperate.
