      In the above context menu is it possible to add a new item “Open file with my-app” OR can I change the existing “Open Containing Folder in Explorer” to some other file manager?

      (BTW, I know how to modify shortcuts.xml for Run menu so I thought maybe there is an XML file for this menu)

          @alan-kilborn Thanks. What about context menu in main window (Cut, Copy, Paste …) could I add items to that?

              Thanks, I just finished getting it done (debugging a spelling mistake is painful). For the benefit of others here is an example:
