Hi,
a suggestion of evolution I would like to submit : mass modifications, which can be done through the interface :
-> by an evolution of the software, that it becomes possible to do this kind of modification in command line ( windows bat/cmd ), in other words in an automated way.
Does this seem like a good idea to you?

Not really; there are already plenty of command line tools for doing such things.
Notepad++ has another purpose, interactive text editing.

grep and sed are a couple of quick examples.
These are not natively Windows tools, but versions can be found that run there.
