How to Name and Save Project Panels, and put named Project Panels on a "Projects" menu?

I am always losing my Project Panels because I don’t know where they are stored or under what name.

How do I “Rename” or Save As…" to specify exactly where these files are located?

Is there a way to display the named project panels, or put named Project Panels on a “Projects” menu?

This will greatly increase the usability and utility of the Projects concept in NPP.
