Hi everyone, my feeling vary between disappointment and anger when i tried to print some simple texts (not programming source code) from notepad++ 8.4.6 (64bits edition)
because all i could get were green backgrounds with barely readable text, i wish i could have print without color background but even when setting up in the preferences, with no background color, the printing was still with green sluggish toner inkhoping my report will serve to improve some future releases

It’s a feature called Change History which is likely affecting your print jobs. See this FAQ post.

It is caused by a bug in the “Change History” feature new to 8.4.6.

Perhaps you should ask the author of Notepad++ for a refund of the purchase price to cover the costs of 6 wasted pieces of paper.

I’ve never seen that (cmake) icon before. I made mine up by combining my fascination of a mobius strip and a plain 3 sided shape.

If you are interested Wikipedia has this to say . And no they don’t quote your 2 names.
It makes for a great party trick. Ask someone to make a single sided object. Then when they can’t, tear off a long thin strip of paper and do a half twist and combine ends. Ask them to trace one side. They arrive back at the start. Of course there is the thickness of the paper to consider as being the 2nd side, so not strictly a single sided object.
