      Hi all,
since some time ( I do not know exactly since when and if it is related to any update or something else) I have the problem, that tabulators are always replaced by spaces. This is annoying as i am working on Python-files, so I always have to manually replace spaces by tabs before saving.

The option “replace tabs by spaces” under “language” is not active, I even tried to activate and deactivate again, no change.

The strange thing: When i create a new file, everything seems to be ok. But as soon as I save this file, the problem is there again.

      Any Ideas?
      Thanks!

So are you saying your Tab Settings for Python looks exactly like this?:

Thanks a lot, Alan. No, it did not (look exactly…). I did not realize that I have to check the language at the right side also (Tabulators-python), so I always had a look only on “default”. Maybe one day I had changed this accidetally.
          Everything fine now!
Once again, error 50 (50 cm in front of the screen).
