I know in the Settings then Style Configurator there is an option for bold but it makes all my text bold, but is there a way for me to make only specific text bold like a title text only etc?

It depends on which you use. If you use the Global Override, which is a bad idea, it will make all text bold, regardless of what the active Language styles say that particular text should be. The Default Style setting will make text bold as long as that text doesn’t have another style applied to it by the active Language syntax – which means in a standard plaintext file (like .txt), all text will be bold.
