How to highlight using plugin

Is there a way that I can highlight a certain word in red color using enhanceanylexer.
E.g. the word “hello” is highlighted in red automatically using enhanceanylexer

If by “highlight” you mean “change the background to red” – no, EnhanceAnyLexer only changes foreground.
If by “highlight”, you mean “change the foreground text color to red”, then yes.
