Possible pattern to skip some numbers

Hello,
Would be possible to edit in bulk with skipping certain numbers?

All numbers which I want to skip are 5-digit, so I’m interested in second number after them (2).
File is 3252 lines but each line are longer having multiple entries same like this one. -
