Redefine Shortcuts

Is there any way that keyboard shortcuts can be created and/or redefined, as I use lot of ‘WordWrap’ utility in the notepad++ and ‘Show All Characters’ from the menu using mouse? Any help would be appreciated.

I’d suggest starting with the online manual, specifically the “Shortcut Mapper” which is where you can redefine keyboard shortcuts, delete them if not needed or create additional ones (some commands are not able to have shortcuts created). Manual reference is here.
