I have a page and within the page there is a search window, how do I hide the scroll bar? scroll bar inside my main page.

The scrollbar in the editor portion of Notepad++ GUI is always on, even when there’s nothing to scroll. The Search/Replace dialog doesn’t have a scrollbar. And the Search Results window will only have a scrollbar if there’s more than one panel’s worth of text.
If you are asking about how to code HTML to use or not use scroll bars, or how to code in [insert programming language here] to not use a scrollbar, that has nothing to do with the Notepad++ editor.
