Where is Config.xml located

I need to enable the Back search arrow when RegEx’s are active. I have some old documentation about changing a setting in Config.xml, but I can’t find that file. Am I using old information? I am looking to do this:

Add an non-UI option to allow regEx backward search
Set regexBackward4PowerUser to yes in config.xml to eanable this option.

Type WindowsKey+R.
In the box, type:
%AppData%\Notepad++
Click OK.

You will see the file in that folder.
