FAQ Says to crosslink issues, But No Reputation?

Hello all,

The Feature Request FAQ requests I crosslink feature requests:
“Once you … have submitted a new issue, please come back to the Community Forum”

But when I try to crosslink, it says I need more reputation. Am I doing something wrong or trying to post the crosslinked feature request in the wrong place?

It’s an unfortunate side effect of the process for new members. To insert some URL requires a reputation. I have upvoted you so you can do so.
