BUG Windows 10 multiple desktop integration
-
Hey notepad++ community,
When I have a running instance of notepad++ on Desktop A and I open a text file on Desktop B, Windows switches automatically to Desktop A. It would be great if notepad ++ would automatically have one instance per Desktop.

Go to “Settings > Preferences > Multi-instance” and select “Always run in multi-instance mode”. After doing that you’ll be able to run a separate instance on each desktop.
