Plugin to help me build an CMS Free Homepage?

Hi
I dont want post any Links but there are good ways, HowTo make a Homepage who look fancy and modern just with plain old HTML, CSS, SVG,… and Plugins without the need of an CMS System Like Joomla. Why I dont want a CMS? Well a HTML Only Page cant be hacked that easy and dont requiere some expensive Contracts. Like I pay ~10€ a Year for some MB Storagespace and a Domain.
Now I want build some more and better looking Page to add more contend but for that I need an Plugin or so Build and Clean Website without Garbage like when I use an Office Software and export that Data to HTML. Maybe someone know the MS Software who had an Splitscreen where I could just write and Basic Format Text and see above the Source Code?
That is what I Looking for.

Notepad++ is great for working with HTML source code, but is not a WYSIWYG editor, so you will see the syntax-highlighted source tags, not the rendered content.

That said, either View > View Current File In… action or the PreviewHTML plugin would be useful for rendering while you edit.

And HTMLTag plugin may help you with easily entering the tags.

Thanks for replay. Can you recommend such Editor who offer an Clean Data File?

This forum is about Notepad++, the text editor, and thus also includes the plugins for Notepad++. If you are looking for recommendations for other software beyond Notepad++ or one of its plugins, this isn’t the right place. (And I have no idea what a “Clean Data File” is in your mind.)
