Blitz Search is a standalone free-to-play executable that offers search for Many Text Editors. Currently in pre-release

The extension itself is very simple boilerplate aside the code fits on a page.

    Project page:

    Blitz Search Home:

            Yes.

            How to: https://npp-user-manual.org/docs/plugins/#plugins-admin
            Plugin Repo: https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/nppPluginList

I believe you’ll find all you need in those 2 links, but if not, just ask more questions here in this thread and I’ll do what I can to help. I have a few plugins there so if you’d like an example, you can checkout: https://github.com/vinsworldcom/nppGitSCM/ to see some GitHub workflows for building releases, creating the SHA256 hash required and how they appear in the Plugin Admin repo’s JSON files.

Basically, you fork that repo, checkout a new branch, add your plugin info to the appropriate JSON files, push it and create a pull request to the main repo.

EDIT: Your additions will only show up in the next Notepad++ release, it is not “instantaneous”. I probably should have mentioned that.

            Cheers.
